Lincoln City Foundation’s Community Organising team have been facilitating online 'Extra Time Hub' sessions during the Covid-19 outbreak. The sessions take the form of a virtual coffee morning held each Wednesday and can be accessed via a free user-friendly online platform available on a smartphone, laptop or tablet.
The Extra Time Hub is a programme giving like-minded people the opportunity to have regular social interaction, and usually takes place at the LNER Stadium, Sincil Bank. However, due to Covid-19, the physical sessions are currently paused.
The online Extra Time Hub meetings continue to provide individuals with the chance to chat and see one another via video, with future meetings to include activities such as guest speakers, home exercise ideas, quizzes and other challenges. The Extra Time Hub brings together people from the Sincil Bank area and beyond - anyone is welcome to join!
